DOC project is a State Implementation Grants for Integrated Community Systems for Children with Special Healthcare Needs (CSHCN). DOC is a Federally Funded program under the Department of Health and Human Services Maternal and Child Health Bureau.

VISION STATEMENT

We strive to build a strong community that demonstartes compassion, sensitivity, support and understanding of children with special needs and their families.

We advocate for the development of a network of high quality, coordinated, and integrated services in which parents and professionals partener to ensure that children develop to their full potential and be valued members of the Dine' community.
